ICREX active listings top 3,450
Many ICBR members have heeded the message to Get The Data into ICREX as presented at the annual Indiana Commercial Real Estate Conference last fall. There currently are more than 3,450 active listings in ICREX and data transfers are in process to add hundreds more. Thank you to all members who show their support by adding and maintaining their listings. But, we are far away from our goal of 100% participation.
Are your property listings in www.ICREX.net? As a reminder, all ICBR members have Basic Access in ICREX as a free member benefit. Basic Access allows you to post an unlimited number of listings in the ICREX system. You make all decisions and control your data. Call the ICBR office at 317.328.5259 if you do not know your ICREX username and password.
All ICREX users are encouraged to review their listings at www.ICREX.net to be sure any inactive or incomplete listings are intentionally held as such. Inactive and incomplete listings are not viewable by other users. A recent audit revealed there are several hundred listings in either the inactive or incomplete categories that may require a simple update or completion of information in order to make them active and viewable. Have you checked to be sure your listings are active?
