New ICBR website launched
After several months of work, the Website Task Force has launched the new ICBR website. Designed as a gateway for commercial real estate, ICBR's portal site combines valuable information and links to other sites onto a single site location intended to simplify internet research conducted by commercial real estate professionals.  Visit the new site at www.icbor.com.   ICBR members are encouraged to make the new site their homepage. As with most websites, the ICBR website will continue to evolve with feedback from members.  ICBR members are invited to submit ideas and suggestions through the link provided on the new homepage.

ICREX saves you money with flat monthly fee
As fees from other listing services inflate your monthly expenses, ICREX maintains a flat rate subscription fee for an unlimited number of listings. That's right. No matter how many listings you post on ICREX, you pay the same low flat fee each month.

Licensed REALTOR members with primary or secondary membership status with ICBR pay just $30 per month for an ICREX subscription with full access to data for searches, reports, comps, etc. And a subscription provides you with the capability of marketing your listings throughout the national Catylist network used by 100,000 commercial real estate professionals, as well as the general public.   To upgrade your account to a Full Access subscription, email or call 317-328-5259.

Indiana Chamber of Commerce fights 'Job Killer' legislation

The Chamber produced significant victories in the pro-employer, pro-jobs agenda in recent weeks. The Chamber reports that 33 Job Killers have been defeated or mitigated thus far.   The Chamber will work to stop these remaining Job Killers in the second half of the session:
