COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LISTING SERVICE
ICREX, Indiana's Commercial Real Estate Exchange, is owned and managed by the Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS and operates on the Catylist platform. ALL MEMBERS of ICBR Automatically have FREE basic access to ICREX. Basic access allows users to enter and maintain their own property listings, and to search the data of subscribing members. Full access is by subscription and only available to ICBR members. ICREX users maintain control of their own data at all times. Subscribers pay a flat monthly fee of approximately $1 per day allowing them to enter and maintain an unlimited number of commercial property listings. Subscribers may access all commercial property data entered and maintained by ICBR members, as well as data of subscribers to the national distribution network of Catylist. The Catylist network of 16 aggregator, classified, and syndication sites includes Commercial IQ, Commercial Source, Google Base, Vast, Lycos, Oodle, RE Business Online, AcreScout, and more, including approximately 35 CIEs managed by other commercial real estate boards across the United States.
