COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LISTING SERVICE
ICREX, the Indiana Commercial Real Estate Exchange, is owned and managed by the Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS and operates on a Catylist platform. All members of ICBR automatically have basic access to ICREX. Full access is by subscription and is available to ICBR members only. Basic access allows users to enter and maintain their own property listings, and to search the data of subscribing members. Subscribers pay a flat monthly fee allowing them to enter and maintain an unlimited number of commercial property listings. Subscribers may access all commercial property data entered and maintained by ICBR members, as well as data of subscribers to the national distribution network of Catylist. The Catylis network includes Commercial IQ, Commercial Source, Google Base, Vast, Lycos, Oodle, CIMLS and more, including approximately 30 CIEs managed by other commercial real estate boards across the United States. ICREX subscribers also have access to customizable reports, demographics data, market statistics, prospective leads, traffic reports, and more.
